Some tweets from last Friday. Romit seems to be implying that weakness in the PC market can be blamed solely on potential buyers postponing their purchases until Windows 8. If so, why did Intel just issue weak guidance? If Windows 8 PC’s are so compelling, why did Microsoft create the Surface RT? (Which does not run Windows 8.)
Actually, question- how will the analytics and market share scorekeepers count the Surface RT? As a PC? As a tablet?
